The kids had a party at Golden Skate. Rollerskating was a new experience for them, but they had a lot of fun with Dad.

Grandma's Glider
When the cat's away the mice play! Doug was out of town last week, so I needed a project to keep me busy.
I have this old glider rocking chair that my Grandma gave me several years back. Not in love with the forest green, but wanted to keep it because it's sentimental. I needed something to brighten up this corner by the piano. Yellow did the trick! I love how it turned out.
And of course a pillow to tie it all together.

Another Reader!
Hyrum is really reading this year. He finished the second series in the reading books I got for the kids. His reading has really taken off since Christmas and is now reading to his sisters at bedtime.

Dancing Queen
LaurieAnn is now taking dance classes-ballet and tap. She was thrilled to pick out a new outfit and wear tap shoes. She is my princess girl that loves all things sparkly. Can't wait to see more!
